Leading with a purpose is one of the trademarks of a good leader.  We shouldn't be afraid to be a good leader.  Leading with commitment is also a good trademark of a good leader.  Leading to serve is also a good trademark of a good leader.  We want to be served, this is what the majority of leaders say the think.  But, we shouldn't we  want to serve instead?   Because our  impact is much more impactual,  is't it? This course is all about improving and sharing with others to improve while staying true to your convictions.  How do we improve our agency as a leader?  What is in or control to make an impact? And how do we stay true to our convictions?
