Dr. Paris H. Spencer is our President and CEO.  His doctorate is in CEO Leadership.  He is also a Certified Mediator and a Member of the American Bar Association.  For Dr. Spencer, training is not simply a task you complete for CEUs, Our training will always be about the rigor, creating incredible learning experiences; we train for that purpose.  As many are aware, Dr. Spencer has been training law enforcement for more than 20 years, dedicating his efforts and career towards strengthening the commitment, loyalty, and trust your agency deserves.  Our instructors are committed to the ideals, strategies, and mission of our agency and its direction.  We are always eager to train; with more than 25 instructors available to teach, we cover every training requirement.
