This course was designed for Supervisors, Lieutenants, Captains, Majors, Colonels, Chiefs and Sheriffs.  This very popular agency changing course is designed to teach leaders how to lead effectively and by example.  Each attendee will develop an individualized, confidential and private leadership plan that focuses on that leaders obstacles for success.      (2 Day Course)

This is a two-day in-person course that focuses on suicide prevention. This course does dive into the currant concerns about mental health and end-of-life decisions, but also how to identify  and accept support and help from others.  And what about others?  We want you to be able to recognize and intervene as needed to prevent the advancement of suicidal thoughts as actions from others. 

This course is an additive to the advanced certification course. This course provides the necessary training in compliance with standard 115.34 which mandates investigations in confinement settings training.       (1 - 2 Day Course)

This advanced certification training has the same rigor as the in-person course. Every standard is covered, and the message centers on PREA 2003 (2023).  ( 1 to 2 Day Course)

• This course focuses on the Misconceptions about Bias.  Though 'bias' has been in the media for more than a decade, we've recognized the universal nature of bias, everyone has them.  So, we strengthen our resolve when working with other biased individuals, and work through our own implicit and explicit biases as they impact us individually and professionally. How do we interact and do our best, without the impact of biased thoughts which can lead to biased behaviors?  

One of the biggest struggles for law enforcement agencies is retention. This course was designed to not only strengthen your retention efforts, but your recruiting as well.      (2 Day Course)

This is a 3-4 training workshop with creative breakout sessions, think-tanks- and working groups.  Each attendee or attendee will build a confidential recruitment and retention plan for their agency.  They will also identify doable strategies to meet their goals.
