Dr. Spencer Served as the Keynote Speaker for the September 26, 2023 Event.  With more than 350 Attendees, this message was about Cultural Change and the must needed honesty about where we are, and where we need to be.   

We delivered two Leadership Academies in October, both resulting in tremendous ratings and approvals as well as revelations in Leadership and Leadership Transformation.  This rigorous two-day course was an awesome opportunity to address the 6 Mythical Truths of Law Enforcement.  

As with the October Academy, this training advanced the October efforts producing an even more potent Leadership Strategies and Processes for efficient and effective leadership.  Each of the six groups worked truth difficult terrain and competed for top recognition of their pans.  The results were phenomenal.  The best leadership training period!

Often times we look down the line to address our issues and concerns.  And we find ourselves continually addressing the same problems.  We probably need to look a little higher and get your leadership in line.  Your leadership needs to be in line with your mission.  Often times, distractions, disagreements, competition, and sometimes just outright incompetence erodes the herd and the infestation runs deep.  Accountability, Teaming, Cooperating, Improving, Leading, etc., are what we want from our leadership teams.  When you have that, then you can trust loyalty!
